Rahi Foundation is a civil society organisation based in Sitapur district of Uttar Pradesh, the most populated state of India.

Sitapur is among the 100 poorest districts of India, according to a list prepared by the Government of India. Challenges in the district are manifold and so are the opportunities of work for the civil society organisations.

Apart from Sitapur, Rahi Foundation is active in adjoining districts of Shahjahanpur and Khiri. It works through multi-sectoral strategic interventions in the domains of education, health and local self-governance.
